This week at Lake Forest Elementary School, Mr. Moon/Mrs. Geoghegan’s class did lots of fun activities. On Tuesday all the six graders had P.E in the morning and we had an awesome time to play all the fun activities that the teachers let us play. Wednesday was really fantastic because it was early out day and Connor D. was student of the week he was awarded for being a fantastic student of the week. In Social Studies we experienced what it was like in ancient days where a pencil and paper did not exist so we got to pretend to be Sumerians and we used clay and a stylus to draw the symbols people would use to write. Thursday was a normal day. We read our Current Event about what has happened during the month and there were some interesting current events like how to avoid getting Ebola, the fish with human teeth, cars made out of 3D-printers and many more. After lunch, we had P.E. and the boys got to play basketball kickball and the girls got to play Baseball dodgeball and it was really amazing. This was a really fun week to be in school and to learn about history, math, and current events.
