Day two started out with a breakfast of scrambled eggs, tater tots, and ham. After a hike up to the top of the nearby hill, the students returned for a lunch of chicken wings and pizza. There were also salads, soups and celery sticks available. In the afternoon the groups did whichever activities they didn't do yesterday. For dinner we had enchiladas, rice, beans and carrots.
The evening activity was square-dancing in the dining hall.
