The morning started out with scrambled eggs, bacon, and English muffins. Afterwards the students went on a geology hike and learned about weathering and erosion. For lunch we had sandiwiches, chips and soup. In the afternoon they got to perform exciting experiments as part of wacky science and to learn about ranching and locally grown foods, they got to pick vegetables and fruits and taste freshly-squeezed orange juice. For dinner we had BBQ chicken, beans, corn-on-the-cob and brownies for dessert. The evening activity was a night hike finished up by a campfire, skits and s'mores!
